Appreciation: We, at TRND Co LLC (“TRND,” “we,” “us,” “our”), value your trust as a customer. It's crucial for you to understand the risks involved in trading commodities, currencies, securities, and using algorithmic trading software. Please read this Risk Disclosure Attestation Agreement (“Agreement”) thoroughly. By signing, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement with each point herein. This Agreement is solely between you and TRND Co LLC.

Our Service: TRND Co LLC provides educational resources and training for financial trading strategies. We also license proprietary algorithmic trading software, which you may choose to use. This software automates trading based on set algorithms, aiding in implementing trading strategies.

Risks Acknowledgement:

  • I understand using TRND’s strategies or software does not guarantee profit or protection against loss and carries significant financial risk.
  • I am aware that algorithmic trading may incur high fees/commissions, affecting my financial situation.
  • I confirm that I have adequate investment knowledge or have sought independent financial advice, and find TRND's offerings suitable for my risk tolerance and investment goals.
  • I accept responsibility for my trading decisions and their financial outcomes.
  • I understand past results are not indicative of future results.

Communication:

  • I acknowledge that no communication from TRND contradicts this Agreement's risk disclosures.
  • I understand TRND offers an online channel for customer interaction, which does not constitute TRND’s advice or opinion.
  • Any trading decisions influenced by this communication are my sole responsibility.

Nature of Relationship:

  • TRND is not regulated by the CFTC or SEC and does not offer brokerage services.
  • TRND does not provide investment advice traditionally offered by financial advisors, including specific investment recommendations, tax, or legal advice.
  • I am responsible for selecting a brokerage platform for my trades.

Force Majeure: TRND is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond control, like natural disasters, economic crises, or political upheavals.
